Accurate material take-offs are important for estimating costs, project tracking and the building of your home. Every home that 3D Visual Studios designs can include material take-offs. Light fixtures, windows, doors, appliances, and more.

Our take-offs are directly linked to your drawings so when changes are made the take-offs are automatically changed as well. This helps prevent costly errors and omissions.

3D Visual Studios' take-offs are available in a variety of formats. They can be placed directly on the blueprints, exported to either an Excel or Word document, or both.

3D Visual Studios offers complete take-off services on homes we design. Due to the number of CAD software available, we cannot create material take-offs of homes designed by others.
